Small Changes, Big Impact

In my journey to live a less toxic lifestyle, I focus on simple, realistic changes that actually make a difference. As a mom of three under 5, I don’t have the bandwidth for complete lifestyle overhauls. One of the small changes that has a big impact is filtering and hydrating the air in our home.
