Gifts that get my toddler outside are some of the best out there! **This post may contain affiliate links. A small commission may be earned.**
The best gift depends on the size of your yard or outdoor space for your toddler. All of these toys have been well used at our home or a friends home by toddlers.
Gift Guide:
Leaf Blower – This is a simple toy that will keep your toddler entertained outside. Bonus points if there are actually leaves they can blow!
Stepping Stones – Perfect for working on balance and using their imagination! You can stack them and store them when you aren’t using them.
Mud Kitchen – What kid doesn’t love playing with mud? I think these dedicated mud kitchens are so fun!
T-Ball Stand and Bat – Perfect for a little boy or girl who loves to hit the ball.
Outdoor Gazebo – I love that this one is a toy but also has shade built in. If you’re looking for a more solid playhouse for outside – I suggest any of these!
My First Balance Bike – This is great for a about to walk and early walker!
Toddler Balance Bike – My daughter loved this at 2 and still does at 3. It can be a challenge at first but it is great practice for them.
Tricycle – Perfect for your little one to ride around!
Bike with Training Wheels – As your kiddo gets older and need to upgrade (this is the stage we’re at!)
Outdoor Picnic and Sensory Table – Perfect for those summer days in the backyard. You can use it for just eating and hanging out or use the sensory bins for sand and water play!
Sand Box – I love that this one has the built in bench and shade! You can obviously find less fancy ones but this one will be around for a long time.
Water Table – My toddler’s favorite item for years now. We also have this portable fold up one that’s great for camping or just easy storage!
Bow and Arrow – Fun if you’re also into archery. Our toddler loves to practice hers.
Balance Beam – Great for balance practice and you can create so many different courses with it.
Ride on Jeep – Honestly, the ultimate outdoor gift. Your toddler will use this and love it for YEARS!
I hope you enjoyed this toddler gift guide! If you’re still shopping for anyone else in the family and need ideas – here’s a bunch of gift guides for everyone! xx Ciara
