If you’ve been here before, you know I’ve been slowly working toward a cleaner, low-tox lifestyle. But as a mom of three under five, I’ll be honest, it can be tough to fully commit to every low-tox swap. The swaps need to be realistic, effective, and worth the investment.

Why I Love the Canopy Diffuser
I’ve had my Canopy Humidifier for over a year now, and one of my favorite features is that it doubles as a diffuser. I run it nightly and anytime we’re sick because it keeps the air clean, hydrated, and helps me diffuse essential oils without worrying about mold buildup.

Things to Keep in Mind

- It is corded and needs to sit on a flat surface. I’d personally love a portable option in the future.
- It’s on the smaller side. In my large open-concept downstairs, I sometimes wish it had a bit more power. For bedrooms, offices, or smaller spaces, it’s absolutely perfect, but I boost it by running it alongside my Canopy Humidifier for a stronger scent in big rooms.
Favorite Scents
My tried-and-true favorites from Canopy are Unwind and Salt Cave. I often diffuse the same scent in both my humidifier and diffuser at the same time, it really boosts the aroma and makes the whole house feel cozy.
A heads-up: when you purchase, you’ll only receive a sample of the Unwind scent, which will last about two weeks. If you don’t already have essential oils at home, I definitely recommend adding a couple to your order.
